Bob Lien was a good friend of mine that I've known for many years. I had the pleasure of playing bass with him & served as a page turner for him on occasions. On Monday, October 28, Bob passed away at the age of 70, and he will be greatly missed. Below is Bob Lien's obituary from Iles Funeral Homes.

In 2000 & 2001 I traveled throughout Cuba to service, repair and teach reconditioning of pianos at a taller (shop) on the campus of the National Academy of the Fine Arts in Havana. The group I worked with included piano tuners/technicians from the US, Germany & France.
